If there’s a problem, how do I get help?

With our managed service we endeavour to respond quickly and professionally to any problem you may have and also provide a 24 hour emergency number. If you have an emergency maintenance problem we will always endeavour to get it resolved within 24 hours, but often sooner!

How do I know my deposit money will be safe?

As licensed agents CLP are required to have bonded client accounts independently audited CMP Client Money Protection Insurance, professional indemnity insurance and to be members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme.

All CLP deposits are protected by a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme which ensures the safety and prompt return of your deposit subject to compliance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. On the rare occasion disputes do arise the use of an independent inventory company assists in ensuring that any disputes or problems are dealt with fairly and quickly.

When you see a property you like complete our tenancy application form and return to us along with your reference fee payment and supporting documentation.
